Our journey to get to where we are now has been long, but we finally found our home.  It was full of highs and lows but the only thing that matters is how happy we are with where we now live.  It just feels right & perfect for our little family.  None of this would be possible without the amazing guidance, support and selfless work of Chrissy Seminaro.
From the onset, Chrissy made the whole process very easy and seamless – from getting our condo ready to list, finally listing it, getting multiple offers and most importantly, getting a contract on hand in 3 days from list date!  We were due to leave for our vacation (that we had planned early on) and she assured us that everything will be alright.  We felt comfortable to go on with our scheduled departure because we knew we were in good hands.  She did not hesitate at all and gave us updates while we were away, even with the 24-hour time difference.  
The search for our next home proved to be more difficult than selling our condo.  Chrissy was there every-step-of-the-way, 24/7.  She is the TOTAL package and she made the home buying process very fun and easy, especially for a newbie like me.  She made it clear that we should not be scared of the process because she’ll be there to guide us and make things manageable.  When you work with Chrissy, she’ll be on YOUR team.  She will genuinely have your interests at heart and she will not stray you in the wrong direction.  We never felt at a loss at any moment because she made everything well organized, all we had to do was tick the boxes on our to-do list.  She even has the foresight to anticipate what can possibly go wrong so at any given time, you’re always 1, or even 2 steps ahead.
After looking at about 25 properties (yes, 25), putting in 5 offers, we finally ended up with our current home and we are just thrilled with it!  Even though it took us some time to get to where we are now (through no fault of Chrissy), she stood by us and never gave up on getting us our home.  Whenever we lost on a property, she also felt sad like us, but just like that, she would spring right back up to her cheerful self & cheered us on.
In this day and age, it is hard to find someone like Chrissy Seminaro – someone with a top notch work ethic who will represent you and your best interests at heart.  If you are in need of an agent then we suggest you look no further and contact Chrissy Seminaro.

Everything stated about our experience in selling the other house goes double for this purchase.  The cooperation, level of patience as we struggled to find "THE" place, and depth of knowledge about all we had to do and when, were just "over the top".  Chrissy is by far THE BEST real estate agent we have ever encountered!  She should be teaching other agents how the job is SUPPOSED to be done!

There are insufficient superlatives in the dictionary to adequately describe the amazing job that Chrissy Seminaro did for us on our recent house sale plus purchase of a new one! She is a "do'er", someone who understands every nuance of the real estate business, every possible "glitch" that can cause problems, and proactively works to circumvent them BEFORE they happen! She is patient beyond belief with her own clients, and will even bend over backwards to collaborate with the agent & clients on the "other side" but always without interfering with them in any way. Always good-humored, even-tempered to a fault, and one of the most totally "unflappable" people we have ever met.

 Flawless execution. I never imagined a realtor could represent me and my interests as well as Chrissy has.
